Plain terms for something that is free and early. If any of this stops being true, this page changes.
What this is
- • Early access, at no cost. There is no fee, no card and no plan to choose.
- • It is provided as it is. One person builds and runs it, so things will occasionally break or be slow.
Your content stays yours
- • Pointing us at your content doesn't give us any ownership of it. You're giving us permission to process it so the assistant can answer from it, and nothing else.
- • You can withdraw that permission whenever you want, and we delete what we indexed.
- • Only point us at content you have the right to share.
What we ask of you
- • Don't use the app for anything illegal, and don't use it to process someone else's content without their permission.
- • Removing the app from your server ends this at any time, with nothing to cancel.
What we can do
- • We may change the app, or stop offering it. If we stop, we'll tell the servers that have it installed.
- • We may remove the app from a server that's using it for something the point above rules out.
The boring part
- • Because this is free and early, we can't take on liability for losses arising from using it.
- • These terms are governed by the law of Uruguay.
