What gets counted, and what doesn't
We'd rather show you the meter than hide it. Only two things get counted, and the bigger half of your archive touches neither.
If it has subtitles, it's unlimited
A subtitled video — YouTube, Vimeo, your own player — already carries what was said in writing. That, plus your PDFs, your course pages and your chat history, all goes in with no cap and counts against nothing. For most communities it is the bulk of the archive.
Whatever has no subtitles goes by the hour
A Zoom call sitting on your drive comes with nothing written down: it has to be listened to end to end before it can answer anything. That is why it goes by the hour, and your plan's hours renew every month.
And questions, because that's usage
How much your members ask is the only honest measure of whether this is working. Go over and nothing shuts off — we tell you, and you decide.

What's the free part?
The first assistant. We build it on your public content, you open the link and you decide. No card, no discovery call, no commitment.
How do I control who uses it?
You don't — you already did. The assistant lives inside your Discord or your Telegram, so whoever is in your group can ask and whoever stops paying stops being able to, the day you remove them. No users to provision, no passwords to hand out.
What counts as a question?
One thing a member asks and gets an answer to. Follow-ups count. Somebody opening the page ten times without asking anything doesn't.
Why are un-subtitled recordings counted separately?
Because a subtitled video already carries what was said in writing and costs us nothing to connect, whether it sits on YouTube, on Vimeo or on your own platform. A Zoom call on your drive doesn't: it has to be listened to end to end first. Charging the same for both would mean overcharging whoever already subtitles.
What if I go over the plan?
Nothing shuts off mid-month. We tell you, and you either leave it there or move up. An extra recording hour runs $3 and an extra thousand questions $20 — both cheaper than one member walking out.
How long does setup take?
Days, not months. You hand over the sources and we do the rest. There is nothing for your team to install and nothing for you to configure.
What if my best content isn't public?
That's the normal case, and it's the good one — private archives are exactly where the answers are hiding. The free version gets built on whatever is public; the rest gets connected once you're in.
Can I cancel?
Any month, no penalty and no contract. Your content is yours; we remove the corpus on request.
Do you train AI models with my content?
No. Your material answers your members' questions and does nothing else. It is never shared, sold or published.
